Cleanwork, on your computer.

Get the desktop agent for your employee device. Your administrator will provide the server address; you connect it with your work email.

Match your server release. The installers below are the current public release and work with a Cleanwork server of the same version. Employees connect with an enrollment code from the dashboard; agents older than 1.5.0 cannot enroll against a current server, so upgrade both together.

Windows, macOS and Linux desktop agent

Checking installer availability...

Before you install

Allowing the app on your computer

Our installers are not code-signed yet. Trusted signing is coming as PTM grows, and it will remove these prompts. Until then your computer may warn that the publisher is unknown. That is expected for a new publisher. Here is how to continue on each system.

Windows

If a blue "Windows protected your PC" box appears, click More info, then Run anyway. If your antivirus holds the installer, choose allow or restore, then install again.

macOS

If macOS says the developer "cannot be verified", open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. You can also right-click the app and choose Open.

Linux

Linux packages need no publisher approval. For the AppImage, make it executable and run it. The Debian and RPM packages install the capture tools they need automatically.
