The questions people actually ask

What happens when the first year of updates runs out?
Your software keeps working, permanently. The licence you bought does not expire. Renewing at 20% of the licence price per year keeps new versions and support coming; skipping it just freezes you on the version you have. Full detail in the licence terms.
Is the trial limited in any way?
No. It is the complete product for 7 days, with no card and no sales call. The length is fixed in the server, so nobody can quietly extend or shorten it.
What counts as an employee for the seat limit?
One monitored person with the agent installed. You can remove someone and add a replacement without buying another seat.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. You pay the difference between what you paid and the higher tier, and we issue a new licence key. Email sales@ptmsoftware.live.
Do you take card payments?
Orders are arranged by email today, so you get an invoice and pay by transfer or an invoice link. We never receive or store your card number.
Is there a refund if it does not suit us?
The 7-day trial exists so you can find that out before paying. Beyond it, see the refund section of the licence terms.
